Plastic bonded ferrite is also called injection molded ferrite. It is processed by injection molding from ferrite powder and thermoplastic resin (PA6/PA12/PA66/PPS). Injection molded ferrite is an anisotropic magnet that requires a magnetic field for orientation during the molding process. Orientation methods include electromagnetic orientation and permanent magnet orientation.
