The composition of the expansion valve:
The electronic expansion valve mainly consists of two parts: the coil part and the valve body part.
Valve body part: The valve body is mainly composed of stainless steel shell, permanent magnet rotor, nut, screw shaft, needle valve, body and connecting pipe. Coil part: the coil is wound on the insulating tube by wires one by one, and the wires are insulated from each other; the winding of the coil part is a double-strand wire.
The control principle of the electronic expansion valve:
The rotor of the motor adopts a permanent magnet, and the magnetic attraction or repulsion is generated between the magnetic poles induced by the rotor and the magnetic poles induced by the stator winding, so that the rotor rotates. The coil (pulse motor) is controlled by the wire control main board, the main board sends out control commands, applies pulse voltage to the stator winding of the motor, and drives the rotor to move. When the command signal sequence is reversed, the motor rotates in the reverse direction, so the pulse signal can control the forward and reverse rotation of the motor. Turn to make the regulating valve stem move up and down, change the opening of the valve needle, and realize flow regulation. The maximum opening and minimum opening of the valve body are controlled by the corresponding limit mechanism.
