SMC Magnet Yoke is a yoke made of SMC(soft magnetic composite)material. The working principle of the magnetic yoke is based on the law of flux continuity and Ohm's law. When a magnetic field acts on the yoke, the magnetic flux forms a loop inside the yoke and flows through various areas in the yoke. By designing the shape and material of magnet yoke, the path and intensity of the magnetic flux can be changed so that the magnetic field is concentrated to the desired location.

Magnet yoke usually refers to a soft magnetic material that does not produce a magnetic field (magnetic field lines) itself and only transmits magnetic field lines in the magnetic circuit. Magnet Yoke is generally made of soft iron, A3 steel and soft magnetic alloys with relatively high magnetic permeability. Because SMC soft magnetic composite materials have high magnetic permeability and good formability, SMC soft magnetic composite materials made of insulating iron powder are a good choice when manufacturing magnet yokes.
