The following points are very critical in the design of the magnetic structure:
1. Determine the magnetic material (magnet+magnet? or magnet+iron sheet?)
2. Is there a foolproof design(poka yoke) for magnets assembly and use? Magnets Attract or repel problem.
3. Quantification of magnet adsorption (what size magnet to choose, what grade of NdFeB material)
4. The gap control of the magnet adsorption surface assembly (adsorption anti-collision and gap).
5. The outer diameter of the magnet is tightly matched and the problem of anti-slip.
6. The coating material of NdFeB magnets (wear resistance, conductivity, sweat resistance PH test, anti-corrosion ability, adhesion, whether it causes skin allergies) is prone to problems such as unstable adsorption and poor contact due to insufficient adsorption force.
7. Coating color (to consider the color coordination or consistency with other parts after assembly).
8. Consider whether the application environment has high temperature requirements for the magnet.
9. Choose tight fit press-in or suitable curing glue for magnets.
