Plastic magnet rotor is a composite material made by hot-melt mixing of permanent magnetic powder and resin polymer (PA6, PA12, PPS) and other compounds. It is manufactured into a plastic magnetic product of a specified shape through an injection molding process using an injection molding machine. It is also called an injection molded magnet rotor. The more commonly used ones on the market are injection molded NdFeB magnet rotors and injection molded ferrite rotors.
